High-quality food appears in a natural light as a result of a tailor-made lighting concept developed by Ansorg.

As you enter the shop, the very open and inviting space concept is quite striking. The customer gets a direct overview of the whole of the shop area as the central gondolas do not exceed a height of 1.56 m and the lighting is not arranged below a height of 3.00 m.

Running round the room and accompanying the customer's route, thematic niches are formed which are supported by furnishing and range-related lighting. Depending on the sales areas, track-mounted Boxx spotlights, recessed Punta spotlights or Maxx downlights with the lighting equipment HIT Shoplight 70 watts are used. In the case of certain groups of goods, such as fruit and vegetables, cheese and bakery products, special mood filters are used as well.

In this way, a lighting system is achieved that does not harm the products and boosts sales. At the forefront is the appetizing presentation of fresh food and the emphasizing of the natural colours of the products. In the area of the refrigerated counters, the neutral white lighting temperature 942 is brought into play. The whole sales area gleams in a fresh, harmonious lighting mood and ensures a pleasant shopping atmosphere.
This inviting lighting setting is rounded off by the use of suspended lights of the Collection series which are both high grade from the lighting equipment point of view and at the same time decorative. Here, functional presentation lighting is combined harmoniously with appealing luminaire design. For the deliberate highlighting of the cash register area it is given particular emphasis by the use of the larger rectangular structural shape, equipped with 2 x HIT 35 watts. In the adjacent coffee shop, the smaller square structural shape for 1 x HIT 35 watts is found again.
